Teaching Staff
The School has a highly professional, qualified and experienced staff.
In order to maintain the high standard of education and modern teaching approach, the school conducts scientific research on the teaching learning process and ensures development of its staff through regular upgradation programs in the form of in-service education, workshop sessions to update the teachers with the latest technological developments in the field of education so that they can employ newer improved techniques in teaching and instructions with students.
Teaching Methodology and Teaching Aids
The School tries to build a broader and more holistic picture of education by making the teaching-learning process highly interactive. Efforts are made to ensure that learning is fun to students. The current generation of young ones requires reasoning and wants to see the relevance of what they are learning. They naturally want real-life experiences. Keeping this in mind the School has worked out a thematic curriculum with intensive practical sessions, project work, and experiential workshops to promote a better and more meaningful understanding of the subjects.
Emphasis is laid on interactive method and activity-based teaching which includes the participation of students in discussions, demonstrations, experiments, and illustration through charts, models, projects, and specimens and the use of electronic audio-visual aids.
The audio-visual equipment includes a range of projectors, smart boards, and interactive display panels that are used to screen educational content and provide varied exposure to the students to enrich their educational experience. The school faculty extensively research the educational content and carefully curates the curriculum based on current knowledge to provide students with an enriching learning experience.
Skills Study
Students must opt for at least one skill subject of their choice at the middle school level classes. As of now, students can opt for Artificial Intelligence (AI), Coding, or Data Science. The school plans to introduce many more skills subjects in the near future.
Vocational Education and Activity Classes
The School has introduced specialized Vocational Education classes for the students of the Secondary Wing.
Students can opt for a subject in vocational education depending on his/her interest area.
Subjects in this category include Design & Technology Engineering, Earth Science, Cosmology, Geology and Electronics.
Activity curriculum in the school includes Yoga, Taekwondo, Dance & Music, Fine Arts, etc.
Besides this, the students are encouraged to participate in debates, speech competitions, quizzes, etc which are organized regularly by the school at the Intra-School and Inter-School Level.
